You can book Raptor Jawns for nearly any small private gathering. Raptor Jawns is a popular choice for birthday parties for children and adults alike! A private demonstration can also make a wonderful gift for a photographer, artist, or bird enthusiast.
For parties and other small gatherings, the birds will be shown to guests one at a time, allowing for a close-up, intimate, unhurried experience with each bird. The presenter will share information about each bird’s natural history and biology and answer any questions from the audience that arise. For an additional fee, one guest of honor can hold and feed Zephyr, the peregrine falcon! This experience is limited to guests at least 10 years of age.
The length of this program is time variable but typically runs between 40-70 minutes depending on the ages, attention spans, interest, and comfort of the audience.
While photos of and next to the birds are welcome and encouraged, guests are not able to touch or handle the birds at any time with the exception of the peregrine under Courtney's direct supervision.
Pricing
Pricing is a flat rate of $300 per program for up to 30 guests, children and adults included. There is an additional fee of $100 to have one guest of honor feed and hold Zephyr, the peregrine falcon, under Courtney's direct supervision. A $100 deposit is required to hold the date and time once agreed upon.
